Permitting

• EE Paradise Solar, LLC is required to comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The project anticipates potential need for permitting compliance related to Clean Water Act Sections 404 and 401, the Endangered Species Act, and the National Historic Preservation Act.
• A Stormwater Pollution Protection Plan will be required with land disturbances greater than one acre, and the Project also will prepare a Sediment and Erosion Control Plan for the site.
• Additionally, a Merchant Electric Generating Facility Construction Certification is required through the Kentucky Public Service Commission Electric Generation and Transmission Siting Board.
